How To Visit
Step 1. Visitor Registration
Please register as a visitor from this page.
Step 2. Print the badge data in colour
You will receive an email from show management. Please download the badge data, print it out in full colour and bring it to the venue.
*You can also print them at the venue using the QR in the thank you mail you receive after registration.
Step 3. Apply for Conference
To attend the conference, a separate application is required. Please apply via the Conference programme page.
Step 4. Visit the venue
Pick up the badge holder at the entrance, and insert your printed visitor badge.

FAQs
A1. Visitor registration (free) is required.
※Please note that every visitor is required to register in advance, instead of having an Invitation Ticket as in the past.
A2. Once you have completed your visitor registration, you can download the "Visitor Badge" PDF from the "Registration Complete" page.
You will also receive a "Registration Complete" email at your registered email address, which contains a link to access the page for downloading the "Visitor Badge" PDF.
・Please print your visitor badge in color on A4-sized paper and bring it with you to the exhibition venue.
・If you cannot print it beforehand, printers are available at the exhibition venue. To print on-site, please present the "Visitor Badge Exchange QR Code" found in your "Registration Complete" email at the reception counter.
・Badge holders will be provided at the exhibition. Kindly insert your badge into the holder before entering the venue.
A3. Please send a request to delete your "visitor badge" registration to the following email address.
You will receive an email upon completion.

A4. Yes, the '"visitor badge'" is valid for 3 days during the exhibition once issued. Please note that due to the enormous scale of the exhibition, we recommend that you visit the exhibition for 2 or 3 days.

A14. Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and conference venue other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.
A15. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (aged 18 or over).
